（4）焊槍三軸移動系統(tǒng)，由伺服電機、行星減速機、直線模組構成，同時焊槍能夠根據工藝要求，可人工調整焊槍前后和左右的角度。橫向模組調整焊槍水平位置，適于不同規(guī)格工件需要；縱向模組完成焊接與退回的位置切換；升降模組適于不同規(guī)格直徑的焊接位置調整。擺動機構適于焊縫寬度大及多層多道焊。

（6）控制系統(tǒng)帶有焊接參數存儲、調用功能（焊接電流、電壓、焊接速度），能夠記錄多條焊接參數，切換工件型號時一鍵調用參數；
